Integrated care for the
whole person.
Holistic Solutions provides individualized case management for substance use, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and intervention services — guiding individuals and families across the United States toward lasting recovery. Our roots are in the most complex cases: substance use disorders and psychosis are where our clinical depth runs deepest.
What We Do
Comprehensive care for complex needs.
We work alongside individuals, families, and providers across the country to build coordinated care plans that address the full picture — clinical, social, and personal. While our team is equipped to handle a wide range of behavioral health needs, substance use disorders and psychosis are the areas where we have the most experience and the strongest clinical track record.
Substance Use
Assessment, treatment coordination, and ongoing case management for individuals navigating alcohol and drug use disorders across all levels of care — wherever you are in the United States.
Mental Health
Support for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mental health conditions — including psychosis, one of the most complex and under-supported presentations in behavioral health. We connect clients nationwide with clinicians who actually specialize in what your loved one is facing.
Co-Occurring Disorders
Integrated care planning for individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health challenges — addressing both simultaneously, not separately.
Clinical Intervention Services
Our interventions are led by masters-level clinicians, not just certified interventionists. That distinction matters — when a loved one's mental health, trauma history, or psychiatric state is part of the picture, you need someone who can read the room clinically, not just follow a script. We handle what others can't anticipate.
Treatment Placement
We identify, vet, and place clients in the most appropriate treatment programs nationwide — detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and beyond. No guessing. No cold calls. Just the right fit, fast.
Recovery Coaching
Ongoing one-on-one coaching for individuals in active recovery — building accountability, daily structure, and the skills needed for long-term sobriety and mental wellness.
Companionship & Support
In-person companion services that provide real-time support during high-risk moments, transitions out of treatment, or whenever a trusted presence is needed most.
Safe & Clinical Transport
Supervised, compassionate transport to treatment facilities, appointments, or step-down programs — ensuring your loved one arrives safely and supported every step of the way.

What Families Say
Recovery is possible. We have seen it happen.
"We had no idea where to turn. Our son had been in and out of treatment for three years. Holistic Solutions did not just find him a program — they stayed with us through the entire process. For the first time, it actually worked."
"As a referring physician, I needed a team I could trust with my most complex patients. Holistic Solutions responded within hours, handled everything, and kept me informed throughout. That level of professionalism is rare."
"I was exhausted from navigating the system alone. My case manager became my advocate — fighting for the right placement, handling insurance, and checking in every step of the way. I finally felt like someone had my back."

About Us
Experienced. Credentialed.
Serving Clients Nationwide.
Holistic Solutions was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves access to knowledgeable, compassionate support on their path to recovery — regardless of how complicated that path may be or where in the country they live.
Our team of licensed clinicians and certified case managers brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of behavioral health — but substance use disorders and psychosis are where we built our foundation. These are the cases that shaped our clinical approach, and they remain the areas where our expertise runs deepest. That said, we work with a broad range of struggles, and every client gets the same level of rigorous, individualized care.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, we maintain professional relationships with treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and community resources across the United States — giving our clients access to a warm, trusted national network, not just a list of referrals.
Licensed Clinical Case Managers
All case managers hold current licensure in social work, counseling, or a related clinical field. We work with licensed providers in every state we serve.
Masters-Level Clinicians Leading Every Intervention
Our interventions are facilitated by licensed, masters-level clinicians — not just certified interventionists. That clinical foundation means we can assess what's actually happening in the room, respond to psychiatric complexity in real time, and navigate crisis with the training to back it up.
Confidential & HIPAA Compliant
All services are provided with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations wherever you are located.
Deep Expertise in Substance Use & Psychosis
These are the conditions we built our practice on. Complex, often misunderstood, and frequently undertreated — we know this clinical terrain better than most.
Whole-Person Philosophy
We address clinical, social, environmental, and relational factors — not just a diagnosis. Holistic by name, holistic by practice.

Common questions,
honest answers.
What is clinical case management?
Clinical case management is a collaborative process in which a licensed professional works with an individual to assess their needs, create a care plan, coordinate services, and monitor progress over time. It bridges the gap between a person and the clinical and community resources they need.
Who is case management for?
Case management is for individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, or both — as well as their families. It's especially helpful when the healthcare system feels overwhelming, when past treatment hasn't worked, or when multiple needs require coordination.
Do you offer intervention services?
Yes. What sets our interventions apart is that they are led by masters-level licensed clinicians — not just certified interventionists. Most intervention services are trained in the process of intervention but are not equipped to clinically assess or manage what can emerge: acute psychiatric symptoms, trauma responses, co-occurring disorders, or psychosis. Our clinicians are. We guide the entire process — preparation, facilitation, and immediate placement coordination — with the clinical depth to handle complexity safely.
Do you accept insurance?
Services vary. We work with many clients on a private-pay basis and can help identify and verify insurance options for treatment placement and clinical services. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
What is the difference between case management and therapy?
Therapy focuses on the therapeutic relationship and emotional processing. Case management focuses on coordination, navigation, and logistics — connecting you to the right providers, managing your care plan, and removing barriers to treatment. Both are often used together.
How quickly can we get started?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day and can often schedule an initial consultation within 48 hours. For urgent situations, please call us directly at (702) 494-7641.
Do you serve clients outside of Los Angeles?
Yes. Holistic Solutions provides clinical case management and intervention services to clients across the United States. We are headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and serve individuals and families nationally through telehealth consultations and on-site coordination. We can help you find the right resources wherever you are.
How does treatment placement work?
We assess your clinical needs, budget, location preferences, and program requirements, then identify and vet the most appropriate options from our national network. We have personally evaluated hundreds of programs — we do not refer you to a list, we place you with purpose.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All consultations and services are confidential in accordance with HIPAA and California law. We will never share your information without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
